Zamir’s association with tennis began at the age of 7. He was in and out of the sport as he was more keen on playing football but at age 11, Zamir made another return to the sport and this time he stayed, and has been consistently involved in tennis, playing domestic and international level junior tournaments until he was 18 years old. 
After Zamir finished his junior career, he realized that making it to top professional level was a difficult task so he decided to shift gears and teach the game he loved so much. He started teaching children and adults at the university complex where he lived at then expanded his clientele by doing freelance coaching around his area.  This gave him a good reputation as a tennis coach that landed him a dream tennis coaching job in paradise.
Zamir moved to Bali in 2016 and was the head coach in Bali’s most prestigious recreation club.  He has worked with people of all levels; complete beginners to players who have world rankings. Zamir’s passion is tennis and he is constantly improving himself in order to help others to enjoy the sport more, but most importantly he wants to teach people life through the medium of tennis
